I'm guessing this is a huge question for you, as it would be for me as well.
I am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and United, if you have something other than these, I am happy to provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits. If you have any questions about your eligibility for out-of-network benefits. Call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask:
"Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?"
"What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it have I met?"
"What percentage do you reimburse for out-of-network outpatient therapy?"
"How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?"
If you should choose to pay out-of-pocket, The fee is $140 per session. You can pay by credit card, cash, check or Health Savings Account card (HSA). The sessions are 55 - 60 minutes. Initial consultations on the phone are free. My services include:

Secure messaging
Superbill, if needed or wanted, to submit to insurance
Coordination of care with other medical providers
I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within 24 hours of your session, there is a full session cancellation fee.
